Working on a prestigious high-scale event which will take in Oran, Algeria, 28 Nov – 2 Dec 2010. Providing administrative support to the entire team and its clients / service providers to ensure an accurate and efficient running of the administration.
This role is varied as you will involve every aspect of the event including marketing, logistics, project planning, customer care and accounts.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organisational skills, flexible, ability to take the initiative when necessary and be willing to work unconventional hours in the run-up and during the event.
Should be available to travel to Algeria for the dates of the event, have a good knowledge of Microsoft office and be fluent in English, verbal and written, French is an advantage.
This is a temporary position, immediate start until 22 December 2010.

      • Send all clients a reminder to check that all travel, visa, freight arrangements etc. have been made and that they know every detail required for the show.
      • Proof-read of print material and liaise with the Printer to ensure the material is ready before the deadline.
